Can't say enough about the quality or the service and expertise Novus provided with our recent siding project! Our project was a challenging contemporary design. Our contractor worked with Novus to help design a veritable cedar siding concept. The finished product is absolutely stunning. Novus was amazing at every turn. They responded immediately to our questions, came right out to provide a quote, worked with us as we problem-solved difficult aspects of the project, and were on the job installing a week later!! This was not an easy job! The quality of the workmanship was top notch and the professional and talented craftsmen that installed the siding was beyond our expectations. If you are looking for a siding company, look no further.

We had Marcelo and his crew come out and replace the siding on a section of our house that was rotted and leaking. He gave a fair price and the crew did excellent work. Most of the companies we reached out to were not interested in working on that section of our home as it was above and around a glass roof. This crew worked quickly and did a fantastic job installing Hardie board siding and vinyl trim boards to make it so we wouldn't ever need to make repairs above and around this glass roof again. In addition, they took the time to caulk and seal around all the windows and around the glass roof so that it no longer leaks. Our wood floors say thank you! Great work and a great team, we will have them back as budget allows for siding in some other areas of the home either this fall or next year. The installation took about 4-5 days, when they had originally said it would be 2-3 days, and it was started about a week later than planned. This was not a problem for us at all, and I told them as much. Everyone is busy, shipments from the distributors are often delayed, and the final product is what really matters.

We hired Novus to replace the façade of a house we are opening a business on with Hardie plank Siding. Marcelo and his crew did an excellent job. They always kept us in the loop with the progress of the project, they always let us know if something was wrong that needed our attention, asking questions and authorization for any additional work / repair that needed to be done outside of the scope of the project. I recommend their work to anyone and will hire them again if I need.

After my wife and I posted on home advisor we had 11 roofing companies come to our home and give us estimates. Everything from a guy in a pickup truck with no logo on the side to national companies. After having all of those roofers in our home, we learned a lot about roofing. Marcelo from Novus exteriors really stood out from the rest. The whole presentation was excellent from materials and what they were going to do to inspection of the roof to clean up of the property. Also, he was the only roofer that gave us a copy of his insurance binder. They were on time and professional and communication was excellent throughout the whole process.
